"When I got laid-off, at first I was a little scared! I had no job prospects and my resume wasn’t even updated. Once I got over the initial fear of being unemployed, I starting putting the word out!” She sent a few emails, and three days later received a call from a colleague referring Lil Jon & The EastSide Boyz as clients. At the time, she didn’t even have a company name. “Everything happened so quickly once I began to trust that The Creator’s divine plan. I knew that there was a vision and everything would unfold in time."
“After the success of Lil Jon’s campaign, projects started coming from every direction. Some of the artists who I represented while employed at the labels re-hired me to work their indy projects. I really got to see how much my work was valued. Being an indy is truly revealing because that’s when really see how real the relationships you have are.”

“We write our own scripts and sometimes it takes a dramatic scene to make us change the storyline. I launched 4Sight Media in 1999 and even today, it’s a thrill to wake up every day and do something I love! Of course it's more demanding, but my passion is finding the angle, re-telling the story, and bringing my clients’ vision into view. One thing that the recession, lay-off and company mergers reveals is that no job is completely secure, so why not take a chance on your dreams. After all your first investment should always be in yourself!”
